Senior Officials needed for Hillclimb - Sunday 1 April 07

I've had a call from the SDMA who are looking for a Clerk of Course and Chief Steward for their Club Hillclimb on the 1st April.

Hi Marty
I would appreciate if you could contact BMSC CAMS officials whom might volunteer their time for one day, Sunday 1 April (the weekend before Easter break). A number of our regular officials are attending interstate events on the day.
Specifically seeking the following:
- Clerk of Course G3
- Steward G3 and if possible a 2nd Steward G3 or G4 .

Date - Sunday 1 April 07
Club - SDMA - Southern District Motorsport Assoc Inc

Location - Fairbairn Park, Sutton Road (next to old Police driver training centre)
Event - Hillclimb - regular club event on asphalt surface
Track & event are CAMS licenced
Entrants - around 40 (most are regular runners). Usually 5-6 runs of hillclimb
Facilites - Good canteen, washrooms, free food for officials
Time: 7.30am - presentations usually finish 4.30pm

Timekeeper - Dave King - Timespan
Fire & Rescue - CRAFT
Medical - First Aid Services
