Jodie have you called anyone from the Shepparton Districts Car Club. Its not that far for them to come and the club could use a little more rally in it as has died down in the rally department, but was once one of the biggest rally clubs in the state with some big names and 2 factory sponsored drivers (Works Stanza's in the 80's).
Might be worth a try??
I will give my old man a call and see if he can chase any people up. He may even be able to get some of the local Bonnie Dooniens who im sure would be keen to help out.
