"Starting in Leeds on Friday the 16th November, the event starts for real on the following morning with a lovely special stage through nearby local Temple Newsam, which has been designed to appeal to competitors and spectators alike. The event then winds its way through the classic Yorkshire forests, before crossing the Pennines to Carlisle via one stage in the Lake District. From there to the finish two days later the event will be based in Carlisle for better access to the Scottish and Keilder forest complexes, before the finish in the afternoon of Monday 19th November."

With over 60 entries already, over 30 of which are Escorts, and the odd Stratos, Chevette HSR, a few Porsches, a Renault Alpine A110 etc. Most of these cars are true Classic group 4 cars. There is also some really wierd ring ins like a rear wheel drive Subaru Impreza STi!!!!
Colin Hill and I are going over for a look see, we may have a spare seat in the hire car if anyone is interested.
