Bah, I miss the trolley scando
here in seppo land the trolleys have rigid wheels on the back. You can attempt to do the flick but it makes a horrible noise when they drag on the linoand it jerks and bounces - the results are less than stellar and the people around you look at you funny. If you go backwards you can do wicked front end throws.
Was nice pretending I was doing the rally of sweden in the walmart carpark in a few inches of snow tho  apex to apex around teh aisles and dodging the concrete dividers in the jeep...

when ur praying your first child is born exactly on the due date of 11th july so we can do the arc 2 weeks before in sa and 2 weeks after in queensland.....

All we really need is CRC with mechanically identical engines for "classics" and Showroom.
If we only had Showroom or Series Production, most Competitors would be running late model cars with their previous ones being sold down, increasing the size of fields and sustaining the sport.
That is the way it used to happen.

ha thats a classic my interest levels in the name flynn have doubled

You drag your 19 year old daughter (who won't go to events) along to help bring the new rally car and bits home. When it starts up she sniffs and grins, perks up and says "isn't that avgas?"
And given the first post on this thread, had no gas for the lawnmower today so grabbed some avgas out of rally car. Why have I not done that before, best it has ever run and every now and then a whiff of exhaust.

When your 14year old son has grown out of his go-kart and you say to him its time to get a bigger kart Son and he says but I cant navigate in a kart Dad!

When you stay up till 2am on a week night fixing your road car because the weekend is reserved for driving, navigating, officiating or fixing the rally car. Zzzzzzzz...........

When your VW golf lunches an engine, Blowing any hope of rallying this year but you imediatly start to see if you can work the angles to get an SR20 or CA18det engine for the Rally car at the same time.......Two for one 50% off this weekend only....
