Nabiac September rallysprint

I may be asking a little early about this (still new to the world of rallying), but are there any sup regs or contact details for the rallysprint in Nabiac on the 14th next month? Wouldn't mind going for a run, providing I have the funds, even though it's a state round. I'm not gonna win anything no matter what level rally(sprint)s I enter ATM so the main focus is getting experience for now.

I still don't have a terratrip and thought that maybe I could get away with not having one with pacenotes, especially if I could con someone with a bit of experience into navving for me? That's assuming it is pacenoted, by my understanding pretty much all rallysprints are?

Central North coast will run the event, regs will be about soon surely.
You dont need a terratrip at Nabiac, yes it is pacenoted and a pretty simple course. You dont need a co driver either if you want to save weight.

Also doesn't matter it's a state round, there will lots of locals competing in all types of vehicles. A class 3 solo buggy was 3rd outright at the last one at Nabiac.

Sup Regs are out for September Rally Sprint at Nabiac. Should be on our website www.cncscc.com.au in the next day or so. Have had some issues with heavy rainfall in the Nabiac area of late, so if it stays fine it should be a goer.

Sounds good to me, saving weight would be a good idea since I'm running a near-stock L16 ATM, but I've never done this before so I think a nav would be a good idea.

Roughly how much would entry be?

I know this question probably doesn't belong in this section, but my logbook says the car has a L20B, but it actually has the L16 (the previous owner was going to fit the 2L). The engine number is stated as 'various', would this matter? The class is the same for both engine sizes (P3), so there wouldn't really be an advantage to anyone else and anyway I'm going to have a disadvantage. Would I need to get that rectified, or can I get away with it? I'd rather leave it as the plan is to fit a L20 later on, when I have money, besides, I'm not gonna win anything.

Hmmm, looks like this'll be the one I go in then, especially since apparently I'm now committed to a road closure for the Bago. Providing I can scrape together the funds, I finally get to have a run!

Just gotta hope the parents are willing to split the entry, Dad reckons he wants to nav so I may get away with it...

Any offical announcement whether on or off given the amount of rain received on the mid north coast over the weekend?

Will it be on at a later date?

If so, suits me fine... I'm clean out of money and can't afford it, my tax cheque was gonna pay for entry but now that's gone.

You can count me in for next year then, I'll have lots of money left over from the holidays when I'm not doing anything. Maybe you could run it on my birthday...
