Go long Matty, go long.
We made the mistake of going short last time. Nothing worse than transporting back about 60km from Eden, watching everyone else lining up to go into snake track.
Mind you, short is better than not at all.
Cheers
Damien
ps. Bathurst is now out for us, so no need for AMSAG scrutineering (yet).

Unless the Council has spent some serious coin, Snake Track = Rough.
The rest is good, though.
Me + ? + HMAS Skyline + Long Event = Big tyre bill. Bring it.

Assuming we survive East Gippy Stages OK, me + TBA + Galant doing our best tortoise impersonation in the long version. Tyre bill = minimal
I gather the ACT massive usually caravan-park/cabin it at Tathra ? Contact details for said accomodation ?

Bega accommodation warning
Dave,
Your mention of accommodation reminds me that people need to get moving quickly on booking their accommodation.
Bob Moore has warned us that a major jazz festival is taking place in Merimbula over the June long weekend (this is an established event, not just a "one-off"). Therefore it will suck up a lot of the Merimbula accommodation that we would normally have considered as a fall-back option once all Bega/Tathra accommodation was filled.

Ahh yes, the Merimbula Jazz Festival. Attached is a flyer from the 2006 event that has been stored away with various odds and ends of useless bits of info in the Kelly filing system.
For the more frustrated among us, perhaps this festival might just be the tonic to bring a smile to some faces... although perhaps the conclusion to the Saturday street parade calls for a little too much "openness" for the more private minded of us???
Cheers
David
