I really can't see why the RMV won't run (12 by the thread count), the club has a history of putting its money where its mouth is and this year wont be any exception.
The weather will prove to be the deciding factor.
Disclaimer: Except at Nabiac because boat races would be the only alternative. 
BTW, if everyone keeps hedging their bets no one will get any entries, if club's are prepared to put events on, even in these difficult financial times, then they deserve to be supported with entries.

I do agree the entrys may be down but should be still strong as it is a must do event for most people, and for some its the one to save up for to do their one long event for the year.

Bega Valley Motors Rally update
Now that entries have opened, preparations for the 2009 Bega Valley Motors Rally are beginning to get into full swing.
The latest details have just been added to Bega Valley rally website – go there now to view;
• part 2 of the Bega Rally history now uploaded
• a Call for officials with position descriptions
• a Chart of Darkness showing exactly when it will get dark so crews can plan when to fit their driving lights
Keep an eye on the website for further news!
