Hi all,
The 2009 Bega Valley Motors Rally is only three weeks away now, and I’ve finally caught up on paperwork after the East Gippsland Stages! – if you have entered, please check the list below to ensure you are on it. If you’re not and you sent your entry before Thursday last week, please let me know.
If you haven’t entered, get cracking! The event needs another 30 entries at minimum to be viable to run...

We absolutely will be there - but I am in San Francisco at the moement and have been away for a month. MY driver is of course an idiot and incapable of simple tasks like filling in an entry form. I will chase him up by email tonight.

I just need to find a nav and entry will be on its way. A few people competed in Victoria and NSW last weekend which will be why there aren't too many entries before as people are scared of putting an entry in and then not being able to make it and loosing their money or some of it at some events.

Noticed the organisers have gone to the effort of making a "chart of darkness" to show which stages will have light and when. Pretty cool, haven't seen one of them before.
Entry for Kent/Baker sent last week I think.

Winton Brocklebank and I will be there in the VR4. What with running Matty's Skyline in the Appliance Installation event this weekend, then the Volvo at Dunnolly the following weekend, Bega seems rather distant. Be assured, our entry will appear.

Bega entries close in a week!
Bega preparations are coming together - entries are rolling in strongly, most officials are in place and anticipation is building.
We still require some officals to man SOS points and road closures plus a few Spectator Marshalls. If you (or someone you know) is available for one of these roles, please contact Officials co-ordinator Christine Bethwaite pronto, as follows at christine@bethwaite.com
