NATCAP Rally catering

All,

as part of fund raising for a local charity, Hartley Lifecare, I have been asked to provide the catering for the NATCAP. We last did this at the LCCC rally out near Tinbinbilla.

To better provide food and drinks to the competitors, crews and spectators; I am interested in hearing what people want to be able to buy food and drink wise!

There are some limitations, but any suggestions would be appreciated.

Cheers

Greg

Greg,

If I can offer some advice it would be good if you could display some info on what Hartley Lifecare are all about. To be honest I've only heard of them but had no idea what they strive to acheive. Most people might be the same.

Obviously I googled it so I now I know!

Hartley Lifecare

All the best. Feed the masses and the results will show. Good Luck.

Ray,

Will do.

Short version: Hartley provide support for people with disabilities in the ACT area ( and to their families (respite)).

The fundraising is in support of Hartley via a team (Defence) in the yearly Cycle challenge (Canberra to Mt Kosiskco and return). The ride was started 10years ago this year when a team of Air Force riders rode from Sydney to Canberra and donated the resulting money to Hartley. I have been lucky enough to be the Team Captain for the Defence team for the last 5 years.

This year we are recreating the Sydney ride (next Wednesday and Thursday) and then taking part in the Hartley Cycle challenge proper Saturday, Sunday and Monday). Next week I am due to ride approx 600km over 5 days from sea level to the top of Oz and back to Canberra...... Ouch......!!

And to think I got into bike riding to get fit for Rally driving

Thanks for everyones support

Greg
