Appliance Installations Stages - Who's doing what??
I'm just trying to get an idea of who will be doing at the rally.
This is a public poll.

Road closure Saturday - and avoiding trees big time.

Hi,
Planning for this to be my second rally (first CAMS). Some work to be done on the car prior.

No doubt servicing for Tristan and anyone else that requires some assistance.
Would love to be competiting, but cash flow says overwise.

Sorry Marty,
I wanted to say 'officiating' but it's at a different event so I voted 'with a good book somewhere.'
I'll be under my house on the Saturday digging out all the club gear for our State Motorkhana on the Sunday. Bugger, one day I WILL get to one of your events. I'm sure it will be a great success.
AJ.

this may have been discussed earlier.. i did a serach to no avail... but at the natcap last year we were told u couldnt use NSW UVP's after that event in ACT? is that true or just myth? with the lack of rally rego this would effect entries id imagine? if it has been cleared up elsewhere i apologise i just must have missed it
cheers

Bryan Van Eck and I are trying to make this a shakedown event for his rebuilt Evo. If we can make it we will be applying to do the Pacenote version and not appear as a finisher..

We are doing the roadbook version and desperately hope to be counted as finisher’s.
Thanks in advance Marty, looks like being a fun a event. We are doing the voluntary bits (prologue, dash for cash - which we will win outright), because lets face it, it's all voluntary for us.
Cheers
Damien
ps. Come on Matty J, you know you want to! No, I don't know the answer to your question.

My understanding is that if the event is wholly in the ACT, then a NSW UVP won't be issued.
However, the event WILL be using roads in NSW during the event - so those who need a NSW UVP should be able to get one without any problems.

We will be right mate. CTP is required for all roads and road related areas- any area of public access ie. driveways, carparks, clearings etc. I'll apply for permission to run the AIS Rally plus loading it onto and off the trailer, travelling within NSW- Journey starts back here/ends back here.
Also, it's a NSW Clubman event. I'm NSW Clubman registered/ plus ACT Gold Cup and a NSW resident. If I'm denied an entry because my NSW Rego and CTP isn't accepted I'll have to respond- no choice... Ian Bigg will have an official protest within 5 minutes, and we will sit down and have a chat- and if it's dismissed I'll appeal and take it to a tribunal.
I'm really over this. Most of the stuff discussed re: UVP's, CTP, Pink Slips etc is just jibberish. I can apply for and get a UVP to run this event - under an act of NSW State Government Legislation which permits me to use the vehicle in the ACT. End of story.

Jme, I hear what you're saying, however, this event ISN'T a NSW Clubman round (The two LCCC events in May and July are).
This is only an ACT Series event.
The other good news I heard today - we're able to service at Uriarra again. One service point (Four service breaks). The local P & C will be putting on a BBQ - so let's support them.
Marty
