Since everyone clearly knows about it, cos it's been discussed at length and well publicised by GAZCOM and CAMS.

Now if it actually worked when you submitted it, it'd be helpful. :p

But looking at the way the questions are set out - in terms of the costs etc. It seems to me that the intent is to drive the bulk of costs towards rallyist expenses, not entry and licensing- ie. rallying is expensive cos car maintenence, accomodation, travel, tyres, and fuel are the main component of the cost, not licencing and entry fees...

But I might just be a cynical f*8k...

I think you may be right.

If tyres costed say $2000 each (for arguments sake) will that mean that the cost of everything else does'nt matter anymore?

Maybe I am just simply too critical of the direction of the questions also?
