Volunteers required - Premier State Rally.

We are still looking for volunteers to help out with the Premier State Rally from the 27th to the 29th of August.

As with the ROC we need people in the week leading up to the event (for recce and testing) as well as on the actual weekend to man controls and road closures etc.

The Toyota Rally Festival is on at Eastern Creek on Friday the 27th with lots of activities during the day as well as some rally action from about 6pm. The weekend stages are again held in the forests north of Sydney.

This year there are some prizes for the volunteers which include:
- Clarion Car Stereo
- Bosch Power tools
- Ride in a rally car on Friday

For the prize draw the event will be broken up into four periods: Pre-event, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Each period will have a prize allocated to it and the volunteers who help on that day will be in the draw for that prize. If you help over all four periods then you are in all four draws!

Anyone else thinking of going up for the weekend? We might be in it but wouldn't be able to leave Canberra until early Saturday morning. We both have V4 licences, would you like to put us on a time control or something? We'd be in Wyong Saturday lunchtime so anything with a meet time after that is OK then anything Sunday.

Two less people to provide paperwork to. The more the people we have, the better everything is going to run.

From my side of the event, anyone who does not have a licence at this stage and is going up to assist, the organisers of the event will be giving out the appropriate CAMS forms that is required. This will either be given to you at training or to senior stage personnel during the event for you to fill in.
