The three recognised cage-builders in the ACT are (in no particualr order):
Lochliegh Entrerprises - Rod Kilby
PCD Engineering - Phil Donaghue
Neal Bates Automotive - Brien Dunbar
I'm sure there are others, but these three have done many cages for many competitors. Some time with the phone and the yellow pages may help identify who suits you budget, vehicle type, and preferred construction.
What sort of vehicle is this for, what sort of cage, and what sort of competition?

Are you kidding?
Rod Kilby (look up "Lochleigh Enterprises" in the white pages.
Phil Donohue (send a private message to "CMD" on these forums).
Brian Dunbar (c/o Neal Bates Automotive).

Yep - all in the one car.
Fro's driving, Tort's navving, and Spac's in the back seat telling both of them how they SHOULD be doing it !!

I spoke at length to Mark the other day.
He's slowly coming to terms with the fact that his rally car is now old, crappy and looks like a piece of ****. He's not driven though which may inspire him.
He's also coming to terms with there not being any MG Metro 6R4's competing in Australia. He grew quite fond of the 2.5l V6, 11,000rpm, 950kg 4WD monsters.
He is also trying to unpack/setup his workshop (with his lathes and bits and pieces that he brought back from the UK) and then he'll be back into it.
I'd guess he'll be trying to compete in something this year.
