The Fowles Auctions Kuitpo Forest Rally will be held on Saturday May 21 and Sunday 22 May 2005.

On Saturday, competitors will wind their way up the challenging Old Willunga hill Rd in reverse order (car no 1 last ect) Finishing the day at Lanac Park with 2 night stages where you will be able to get up close to the rally cars and meet the drivers.

On Sunday, the competitors will leave Lanac Park after an overnight parc ferme to face 12 stages in the challenging Kuitpo Forest finishing at Lanac Park for 2 night stages and for the Presentation.
The Airfield is again a spectator stage within the forest. Details of how to get to these fantastic viewing stages will be available in the rally guides

The Fowles Auctions Kuitpo Forest Rally is following the very successful running of the 2004 Fowles Auctions Southern Rally, The event has been recognised for its outstanding organization and rewarded again with its inclusion in the South Australian Rally Championship Series again for 2005

Much has been made recently of the positive direction in which Motorsport is heading. This was experienced by the attention received from the public at the 2004 Clipsal 500 where rally cars, along with other disciplines of Motorsport were on display.

This will mean a greater exposure to the public and a generation of interest by Motorsport fans and media alike.

South Australia rally drivers are renowned for their ability and successes in the sport. Drivers such as Bob Whyatt, Ed Ordynski Sam brand, Jack Monkhouse and Denise Collins have proven records in both their national and international events.
