Thanks Julie & Marc. I think I've got enough info to keep me confused for a while.
They all say pretty much the same thing, but from each I have managed to get a bit of extra info/hints.
Now for the hard part....finding a set of regs!!!!!

I was told "soon" a fortnight ago. Obviously "soon" has a wide variation in interpretation.....
Any idea what's happening?

Sporting organisers are desperate to get them out, but have been delayed by SNAFUs beyond their control.
What questions do you have that aren't answered by Rally Guide 1? I should be able to help. Post here, PM or call 02 6272 5485 (bh).

Apart from needing the obvious things like an entry form, not much.
With a bit over 2 weeks until entries close, is it likely that there will be an extension past 6th October? This isn't really a problem for us, but it might be for snail mail entries from interstate.

1.2 WPS Rally Bathurst Clubman will be an additional piggyback multi-club activity with its own Supplementary Regulations run in conjunction with the ARC under the conditions of a multi-club special stage rally. Crews will be seeded separately from the ARC crews and are eligible to compete in both Heats 1 and 2, or may elect to compete in either Heat 1 or Heat 2 only.

I am thinking there's one more document to come, important to us, but not there yet.

The Clubman event has its own set of Supp Regs.
I understand entries close 21 October 2005, so plenty of time.

Looks like we can enter and sign to say that we've read the regs before we get the relevant regs??? Are there only a few small changes between the ARC regs and the Clubman regs??

There's a bit of difference, but the important event format stuff is the same.

Marc do you (or does anyone else) have an idea about docco and briefings for us Clubbies?
I don't want to have to be there by 1430 Friday for docco or even 1630 for the briefing.
Remote docco would be great considering how many of the key officials are from down this way, and as for the briefing I don't know what to suggest, other than something in writing we can acknowledge or something similar or even nothing at all (given that we didn't even have one for SCR and I've been told that they're usually glorified advertising/p1mping).
Anything we really need to know can be done as a bulletin/advice?

Looks like there'll be briefings at 0730 Saturday morning for those that don't want to attend on Friday night. You'll need to do docco and a briefing before you're let anywhere near a stage, so docco ould have to be done Friday night/Saturday early morning...
