Stanza is a bit smaller, which makes it better. At a khana, you won't get enough speed up for the Stanza's handling deficencies to be an issue.
Basically, the exact choice of khana car is pretty well irrelevant, provided you heed the following:
Small = good.
Fwd = fast (couldn't bring myself to use the word "good" there).
Brakes and steering that work properly = good.
Pretty well everything else is irrelevant, including engine power - I've watched a stone-stock beige 120Y carve up all sorts of 'trick' khana cars event after event, simply because it was little and easy to drive.
In terms of the non-competitive differences between the cars, I think they're pretty well equal, with 200B still being a little more common and therefore easier to get bits for. The electronic ignitions come from later Bluebirds, not Stunzas or 200Bs.
