WPS Bathurst Rally - HELP Required ....

The date for the NSW round of the Globalstar ARC is rapidly approaching (it is on in 2 weeks - in case you hadn't noticed). Based in Bathurst (an easy drive from Sydney, Canberra, Newcastle, Orange... pretty well anywhere really) the event has an interesting field of 33 GARC entries and, with still a week to go, 20+ entries in the 'Clubman' event.

What it doesn't have is enough VOLUNTEERS to make it run properly ...

We all know that it takes a cast of dozens for a multi-club (don't forget to put your hand up to help out at Mini-dulla as well ), 100 odd for a State Championship and ... a lot more for a GARC round over the 2 & a bit days ...

There are vacancies for control officials, road closures, spectator marshalls etc over the entire week - and especially the weekend of the event. The GARC is the 'travelling roadshow' of Australian Rallying and is sure to provide some interesting moments for those involved.

Accommodation for officials for the event is available at the camping ground at Mt Panorama (or you should still be able to find yourself a hotel room).

If you can help even for one day please register at www.rallybathurst.com.au under officials ASAP so that you can be allocated to a position.
