Loeb wins, 9th win this season. P1 for every stage this rally - never been done before in the modern WRC (ie since, what, '93?).

He's a freak isn't he....
His co-driver must go OK as well.
I see Skoda equalled their best result of 6th Outright
I wonder how Leob/Elena would have gone in the Skoda??? Maybe they would have still won!!

Big-ups to Loeb and Elena, but there is no question in my mind that the Citroen is the best car out there at the moment. The Ford is reliable (and the points-scoring run proves it), but not as fast.
I reckon the driver of the moment is Gronholm. That 307 does seem to be a dog, and Markko whinged about it just as much as Marcus did, but Marcus is still getting top-3 results with it, despite his public abhorrence of the thing.
That said, Loeb is the current champion for a reason.

And guess who was there spectating!
FWIW, at the hairpin we were at on the last stage, Loeb was the only one to attempt a scando, and pulled it off good he did! (And God, did the around 2000 spectators roar!)
(Event report to come later.)

My pics are on film, so not that many, and they are probably crap too.
BUT... here is one from the pro's! This is the corner I was spectating at. There are a couple more from the same corner if you search for "france leg 3". Note that Seb is the only one sideways!

Can't see you in the photo Davee. You should have worn a fluoro vest so that we could pick you out
