ACT points review - one round left...

Just having a look at the ACT Series points, post BRM.

Intersting to see that Gold Cup Driver, Clubman Driver, and Silver Cup Driver have all been sewn up already. Congratulations Kari, Bede and Claude!

On the other hand, Novice driver is still WIIIIIIDDE open - Daveee, Blake and Andrew are all within one point of each other, so their relative finishing places at NatCap will be the place in the championship.

Kari's got the silverware, but Mick B, Claude and Robert are all in with a shot at 2nd place. JS doesn't need a real lot of luck to be able to grab thrid place (remembering that Claude and Rob have rounds to drop).

Sos can still win it! Thomas is 10 points ahead, so he's pretty safe - basically Sos has to get ten points more than Thomas - which is probably unlikey, but anything can happen.
Slim Tim, Frank B and Lucia Werner are all absent from NatCap, so Mel has a slim chance to sneak a top-three in the series.

CM-Dri.
So Bede is already Teh Winnah, but the minor placings are a battle between TKM and David F. Mark 'only' has to beat David by 7 points at NatCap to equal the point scores. Given that Mark's a local in a AWD, I don't think that is an unrealistic goal for him.
However, if Mark DNFs, then Roland is in with a good chance at third place!

CM-Nav.
One of the tightest fought categories - Michael F, Mini Mel, Sally-Anne and Bill Henshaw all have a realisitc shot at the championship, and they're all entered at NatCap.
It is not impossible for current leader (MF) to finish as far down as 4th place...

Again, super-close in the points. Sam or Amy, depending on who wins at NatCap.

Claude's won it, Marco won't be there. While Bede is only 9 points behind Marco, the dropped worst round means that he'll have to finish first or second in SC to over-take Marco in the championship. Similarly, Bede's third place is under threat from Dave F in the Zed, for the same reason.

SC-N.
Series leader Lucia Werner is not going to be competing at NatCap, but Michael F needs to win SC-N at NatCap to win the championship.

GC-N: Thomas, Sosi, with Frankie and Tim =3rd.
SC-D: Claude, Marco, Bede.
SC-N: Lucia, Michael F, Factor (assuming Factor puts in his NatCap officiating points?).
CM-D: SkinBoy, TKM, David F.
CM-N: Can't guess, won't guess.
N-D: Daveee, Blake, Andrew, but that's an even more rubbery prediction than the others.
N-N: As per Novice Driver, it's a highly rubbery prediction, but I'm going with Sam, Amy, Andrew.

I'm expecting you to beat the Feruglios (assuming everyone has a hassle-free run), but I'm not as sure that you'll win CM either.

Mel is closer to 1st than I am to 2nd.

Just looking at the Clubman points after yesterday's Nat Cap, looks like a 3 way tie for second amongst the codrivers. Michael, Sally-Anne, and William all finishing on 68 points after their worst round is taken into consideration.

Were M Feruglio and M James (silver Cup codrivers) in the NAt cap? cause I'll be on 67 points after the Natcap weekend officiating points are added.
