Ok it's been resolved, the RdF will be held on the 2nd and the ACT series Presentation will be held on the 9th with the LCCC Xmas party to follow after the presentation has completed.

Thanks to TCH for getting it moved.

Infomation re times and location will be anounnced by one of the series committee members.

Actually no, what was said was IF we had problems trying to change the date, then we'd let it stay on 2/12. We're just lucky that the 9/12 was available. Trying to book christmas functions (even this far ahead) is not easy, which is why I booked ours months ago.
