Ben's EVO 6 TME RS
Well i wasnt planning on posting any pics, until it was in the country and fixed, but here it is my next rally car an EVO 6 TME RS,
Still over in Japan at the moment, should be on the boat next week hopefully.
As you can see its had a small hit, but i have crashed rally cars worse then this.
I have all parts required to fix, and so far has only cost me $2000 in new parts, (bonnet, front bar and radiator support), and a set of second hand head lights. There was a small crease in the drivers side guard so i got hold of another one of them as well just to make it look prestine. Hopefully there is not too much else damaged further back. I was assured there wasnt any but we will wait and see. Now why did i buy this one, it only cost $8000 FOB.
First step, is to start stripping it right back when i get it to put the cage in and remove all the rice boy crap on the inside. Will also give the engine and transmission / diffs a rebuild while its all apart.
Will try to get it ready for WRC in 6 month , but it will depend on budget
Ben.

...and if there is, just go straight to the liquid nitrogen from BOC gases for removing it....

Ahh eagle eye, yes that is indead correct, my post for parts wanted did include a rear wing for that reason, I was just going to sell it off to a rice boy and then buy a new 6 wing with the proceeds.
Bob as for Sunday, probably replacing some ball joints and some CV boots on Mathews Excel. But feel free to bring it over and i can do it for you.
Ben.

if you need a car like this, you should call 'Fats' at Japanese Wholesale Spares and tell him what you want.
I have just paid a deposit on my second car from them. Often they will have access to cars in Japan before the auction, and you can see the pictures etc before you commit
