Selling my project engine to fund a new Mig welder for the garage so i can finish fixing up my Crown ute and i have already sold the car that this engine was going into.
Toyota Twin Cam 1.6L 2TG-EU engine.
T50 Alloy 5 speed TA22 Celica Gearbox.
Engine was running carburettors when previous owner was running it however he sold these separately.
Engine is also missing factory EFI alternator but i should be able to find a stocko 2T one if required. I was going to run the Ea Falcon Alt upgrade.
Engine is a Factory EFI so has the extra sensors and Electronic Distributor it is also a lower compression engine so better suited for turbo without many modifications.
I have since sourced a complete EFI manifold to suit however it does not have loom or ECU as i was going to run a turbo and Aftermarket ECU.
Engine also comes with another Complete disassembled 2TG Bottom end which i was going to bore out plus extra EFI manifolds and bits and parts.
These engines are a bolt in for TA22 and TA23 Toyota Celica's.
They also work well in 70's Corolla's, Toyota T18's and open wheel kit cars.
These engines are getting harder and harder to find so don't let this one get away.
Engine can also come with Extractors and a full sports exhaust to suit ta22 but this will be by negotiation with me.
I would prefer pickup but do have a pallet at home that the engine can be loaded onto but would need to be picked up by courier from my place..
Asking $1200 as this has how much it has cost me however i am negotiable.
