Cibie turini help

or a new one ?? cant find anyone that stocks it ? any help or direction would be appreciated

Lenses for Turinis were never available as a separate part, only as a complete lens/reflector and they were costly. For a while the spares have been difficult to get. I broke a Turini pod mount spread beam and just got a glazier to cut me a circle of ordinary glass for 5 bux and siliconed it in.
Okay, it's no longer a spread beam but it's a decent pencil beam out of something otherwise destined for the rubbish bin. There's no correction or diffuser on a genuine Cibie pencil beam lens anyway.

I paid about $220 each for mine but was only available as a whole assembly. Love them but want HID and being H2 globe can't convert them. Recommend you think about this before hand and maybe buy Hella 4000 or maybe I sell you mine and get some 4000 instead. There was a bloke who used to advertise on this forum and sell on ebay that was really cheap for cibie stuff. Was based in Melbourne but posted them everywhere. try search
