Charade Rally Car Project
Mmmm I am getting in trouble at home with to many cars and bits around (anyone have a similar situation?)
So I have a project some one might want to take on?
I have a red 94 3 door charade with rego till sept with a freshly installed 1300cc motor, clutch and 5 speed, 4 wheel disk brakes and std A/C. Its all in Ok nick, certainly not concourse. 1300 Engine has a rally cam. Fitted is a set of 4 ex works KYB rally struts and rally springs, coil over design.
Car will be used for Recce at ROC.
I also have with it a , power steer kit, Extractors, and this years rally motor (hde 1600cc) which ran 05 Shakedown (1st in class) 05 ROC (1st in Class) 05 Batemans Bay (2nd) and 05 Bathurst ARC (1st). The motor is a little tired and needs rings and bearings ( I think I have a set of pistons) but has no major damage, has a rally cam, detom ECU etc. Also 8 14" rims and 4 1/2 worn silverstone rally tyres
All that is needed to prepare into a rally car: Cage (Bonds have Charade template and a basic cage and door bars is around $1000) Seats, Belts, sump guard and safetys.
Offers considered for above from $4500.00 for car & parts.
