OK here's the full version, changed for Spac
SS1 "The Grave yard" Start of killing, Team purple flogs team pink "Daniels team" however not before Daniel places a perfectly aimed shot into Ray's head
SS2 "Hamburger hill" More killing, Purple and Pink teams join forces and take on Team Green, we capture the flag early and loose from there
SS3 "Hamburger hill 2" More killing including one spectacular DNF when someone forgot to jump and ran full tilt into a bunker.....result OLT
SS4 "The Maize" Some more killing Daniel being taken out 15 seconds into the game when a good shot took him high in the chest, the purple team (Rally guys) dominated the team telstra people who where etiolated (sp) to the last man, some great flanking was done the Rally Guys.
SS5 "The Maize 2" Again the purple team dominated however 2 persistent team telstra people where alive (and cowering in a bunker) when we ran OLT.
Regroup and lunch
SS6 "The Castle" A mad rush to defend the 'president' from the 'terrorists' The purple team had the green team pinned and where about to provide the final blow when the grenade bearer collected a round and the green team making a desperate dash for the flag only 2 out of 25 made it but unfortunately one of them was the 'president'
SS7 "The Castle 2" With the roles reversed we where confidant of a good result however it was not to be with their asses firmly kicked the green team went on the offensive and dominated the game with most of the purple team going down to the cross fire. The highlight however was when a grenade was lobbed into the castle by the green team and the heroics of one team purple member saved the castle, he caught it and tossed it out again - right at the feet of a referee.
SS8 "Rat race" The purple team again dominated play with many using up to 300 paintballs in the game, the telstra guys retreated and where cleaned up by the cross fire.
SS9 "Rat race 2" The purple team where on the defensive and it was a hard fought battle but the telstra guys where determined to have revenge and managed to drive us back in an faithful imitation of our own attack in the previous game - the highlight was Marc's $2500 DV camera (carried into the field of battle by a ref) coping a paintball fair in the lens (it's ok and the footage is really cool)
SS10 "Free for all" Was just that a game to use a up paint and it was the most violent with both Daniel A and Daniel V coming off the field sporting blood..Noticeably Ray was the last of the field - HE said it was because he was careful - WE say its because he was hiding and only came out when most of the others where out of paint.
All players went well, and when we worked together in small teams we became very affective, some great team manoeuvres were witnessed all day.
All in all it was a fantastic day - bring on the next one!!
