Just got back from a fat time in NZ, 3am finishes and 6am starts! Our guys did fairly well up against the world and we caught up with Ozzie Spectators and Competitors alike during the event and at the after party! If any of you have a chance to go to rally Oz I can recomend it, those WRC cars up close are fantastic! This was my second trip to the land of the long white cloud and it didnt rain at all this time. Parking close to stages was easy, fresh food was available (& Loo's) at the stages and we made some great freindships with Rally people from all over! If there was a negative to the whole experiance it would be the Super Special, very difficult to see anything but thousands of people and the big screen kept on blinking out. We had to slip up to Lake Taupo for some fishing after just to calm down, caught a 45cm rainbow and BBQ it for lunch, twist of lemon and a Steinlarger to wash it down!
Ahh well its back to Oz and back to work, umm only a few weeks to the next event, umm, umm.
