HRA Bagshot Rallysprint
Good to see a few "ACTion Men" coming down to Bagshot this weekend ... hopefully the weather will stay kind !
Decent sized field too (44) ... although it might mean we get fewer runs !
Fingers crossed Ted gets the brake problem with the Kingswood sorted that has suddenly reared it's head ....
On a brighter note, I think I will be able to tick off one more item from my "must do before I retire from rallying" list - I may well have a 2nd ride on the day - with one A R Watson
Fro - hope you & Rowds have plenty room in the trailer .... I'll probably have 8 tyres for you to transport back north for me

She'll be right mate - we're the car in front of you, so you will be able to just follow the trenches from the thundering V8

you're seen how fro drives though,Dave??
roads to fro, are much like wave functions are to quantum physicists -they exist only in theory, and while the there is a distinct probability that the car will be on the road, it exists at many different points in the universe at once, until something causes the wave function of the car to collapse- like a log in the head, or a bridge support , and then it appears on or close to the road he's supposed to have been on, but it may have spent most of the last 10 minutes off in the boonies somewhere.. improbable but more likey that you think..

Gold! Sounds like it's straight out of the late Dr Rodger Freeth's Guidebook to Rallying.

I never thought I'd hear a Quantum Physics Theory of Rallying, but in that context, it sounds incredibly feasible.

I like this new theory. Schrödingerwould have a bit to say, here, like unless Fro DNFs in the forest, noone can really know if he used any of the roads at all. He's everywhere, and nowhere, until you have a look, whereupon you find him somewhat related to the road, but definately not travelling any further.
That's why Fro's codriver is both unimportant and supremely vital - what the codriver says has very little bearing on the end result, but without the codriver there would be no independent verification that Fro exists in the forest at all.
