That's tragic man, I feel pain just looking at it.
Glad everyone's physically ok!

Stewy:
As I came down that road I seen the Datsun off into the trees. I said **** that is a big one and had that sinking feeling you get when you see something like that.
I tell you I was so releived to see Anna displaying the OK board.
Mate you were so lucky as that was a quick piece of road.
I am surprised looking at the pictures there dose not appear to be too much damage. Hope you her get up and running soon.
Cheers

Not how I like meeting competitors ( I was driving the FIV sent in to check up on them).
I do have to say that's one great road to have as a rally stage

Event reportto come, but for now, a huge thanks to:
Ethan, Simon Leigh, Boormat, Nick, Phil, Lisi, Anna, Jason Stinky Pants, Matt Searle, Frinky, Rob Mules, Andy C & crew, and Stewy for their parts in getting us to the end of the event (and home again).
Despite the above results saying that we missed 10 controls, we completed 100% of the course. It seems that some of our stage times were sucked into the same black hole as Wagy's, which explains our únusual'starting position on Sunday morning.
Semi-epic report sometime in the next couple of days....

No Specs available - apart from it's a blue motored, triple webered thing that has been built brilliantly.. one of those cars that looks like nothing special until you either: a) know what to look for with that type of car, or b) spend sooo long looking at it, you pick some of the tricks of the trade involved... of course the win may also have a bit to do with the nuts (of various specification) in the cabin (well done Geoff & Ross)

Fantastic event, will buy again A+++++
Had a great event that ended in (self-inflicted) heartbreak. I was hoping to finish in the top 30, so to be 16th on Sunday morning was unbelievable.
I didn't feel like I gave Matt Searle or Naomi any time to do a million things all weekend. Always felt like we just got everything done in the time we had at every opportunity, including getting there.
A million people to thank, but most of all:
Matt Searle - Champion guy, and service legend of unfathomable proportions.
Paulie - You can be my wingman any time. Pretty darn good navigator, too, even if he tells you different.
Orange Roughy Massive - Great bunch of dudes and dudettes that know what's important.
Kari, Tim and the Seldom Seen crew - Helped me more than they know.
and of course Naomi, who puts up with the crazy, the adrenalin, and the aftermath.
More much later, when the hurt is dulled.

Rallying can be a cruel bitch, but I love her anyway.
I had an awesome weekend, the highs the lows, just awesome!
It would have been a new low in Rallying for me, when we got the call from Fro saying he had centre punched a tree and was out.
I was glad to hear they were OK, but devastated that we were out.
The damage isn't that bad, but will still need a bit of work to get going again.
The B love is strong, and the special sauce tangy.
We will be back.

At least you got there, my head still hurts from the turkey I had to drink over the weekend to ease the pain.
Maybe less time in a G string and more in RWD
