Yes thats correct.
It was made as a mechano set ( demountable ) to be moved elsewhere to a NEW track ? possibly........
just been watching my old incar from Oran Park South Circuit in the rain on worn Dunlop sp52 rally tyres in my group G Datto.............such great memories .........

Don't get your hopes up, as Tony is not building a new track at all 
The closest thing he was going to do was build a little skid pan that would fit in with his private runway.
Here is some footage of me at the 2008 Superlap on Oran Park GP. Enjoy some memories
Car: Honda S2000
Engine: Turbo Honda S2000
Gearbox: Dogbox
Diff: Skyline
Brakes: AP
HP: 450 RWHP
Tyres: We had to run a road tyre, not even an R compound. Yes it does start getting interesting.
Result: 1st Outright Clubsprint Category
Laptime on the day: 1min 17.2

Ahhh memories. Good to see plenty of opposite lock for the rally folk.
Looks like hard work with that much grunt on road tyres.
