That looks pretty vague and un-arguable-against. But you're right, things will have to change sooner or later. Picture this...
South Forest Way, September 2004. Anna wants to scream "This is the corner coming up. I've been a nice girl, I've made amends. People finally are looking at me without thinking 'Oooh there goes that potty mouth girl' so FFS SLOW THE H3LL DOWN!!!" but she can't because we'll be excluded

How does that work? Are we all going to have to consume 15 schooners or 8 tequila slammers the night before rallies so that we have no memory of any of the stages? Surely common sense will eventually prevail and "notes" made by local knowledge can be accepted but those made by recce. should be outlawed?
Someone once told me you can embellish a tulip but not make other notes. Anyone else ever heard that or anything similar/different?

.... I'm sure that "FFS slow the h3ll down" would make a funny "pace note" and the stewards would have a giggle if they had any sense of humour! :p
