That looks pretty vague and un-arguable-against. But you're right, things will have to change sooner or later. Picture this...

How does that work? Are we all going to have to consume 15 schooners or 8 tequila slammers the night before rallies so that we have no memory of any of the stages? Surely common sense will eventually prevail and "notes" made by local knowledge can be accepted but those made by recce. should be outlawed?
Someone once told me you can embellish a tulip but not make other notes. Anyone else ever heard that or anything similar/different?
