We use to pay $1.55 per tyre (per truck load) and they would pickup from the Blue Mountains, NSW. This was 2 years ago, but maybe worth a mention as a guide.
I think the rate is now $3 or $5 a tyre at the tip with a max of 3 at a time. We are charged $5 a tyre by the guys that come and take them away with a truck.
If the tyres are road worthy we will take them off for you if we can keep them
