We recuited one of the senior people involved on this project here at work... Funny how many people were keen to work on this project, they were coming out of the woodwork!!!!

The problem is that charities can still call you (albiet within certain hours).

We get far more calls from charities than telemarketers. My suggestion is, never give to a charity that calls you up because they just keep calling you back.

Just so everyone doesn't think we don't give to charities, we do, just not to those that call us up. We give to those that quietly take my money away each month without me doing anything and without interupting my dinner.

It's a great idea but doesn't go far enough. I believe charities, religious groups and political parties can still call you. And it doesn't kick in as an offence for someone who is banned from calling you until June or July as well so I was reading.

Knock on wood, but we haven't received any calls in the 6 months we've lived in our place. I wonder if it has something to do with being on Optus, or whether no-one has sold our name yet.
