At work we have raised almost $400 for the Prostate cancer association.
Who else is out there???
Oh yeah Alpine should see a manky bearded Carl. Im one of those that grows beard'etts (bits here and bits there  ))

i'm growing a walrus to raise of the profile of males suffering depression. I'm hoping to look like Jamie from Mythbusters by th end of next month for a play.

It's a really good read. Talks about how male depression works differently than in women and how lots of guys don't even know they have it. They just feel angry and tired all the time but don't understand why.
