Ange for navving me in her first event, which may now not be her last (sorry Sean);
Sean for all your help with the car, and trusting me to take your wife out;
Kirrilee for your help over the past few months;
Brendan for your help last weekend;
Trist for your help with the car (particularly when it was looking it's worst);
Jason for being a patient rally orphan again / still, and doing a great job with limited resources on the bonnet;
Matt and Matt for the loan of various tools;
Stu for keeping at it, accepting help, being a great service beach, and supporting me all the way ; and
Everyone who have supported and encouraged us, particularly during the lead up to the event, during the day and now, after the event. Thanks heaps, it really has helped us keep going . It's times like these that you appreciate what the rally community really brings.

I'd like good Karma for Dave Kelly.
Why?
Because he uses the reputation system as it should be used for. The way you know it's being used properly is that some one will give rep not on trying to advance a personal adgenda - but to encourage good posting. This means that you pos rep any one who posts well, even if you dont agree with them. Neg rep should be left to hit trolls and idiots to make it clear that kind of behavior is not on.
Dave and I don't agree on some things but good posting? More needed. And less neg rep because you don't like what's said because it goes against your religious views. The rule of thumb should be - be free with positive rep but very frugal with the negative.

Belated good kharma and huge thanks to the Spanna household for putting up with the sickly Smiths last weekend, and being super-gracious hosts! Hope Santa brings you that new lounge suite you now need...

Geoff Weir at the CAMS Membership hotline. He attended to my licence upgrade incredibly fast, got it turned around and back to me in a blink. Rare we can have a good word to say about CAMS< but this is definatly one of those times and very grateful for the excellent customer service.

To Mick and Thomas out at TTS. Aussie Legends.
Bought an old EA for $1000 and it was having overheating issues so they checked it all over even though it was beer o'clock.
Its always something simple... Blocked Radiator.

You're lucky fatman, the next step after a blocked radiator with an EA is usually a blown head gasket...
Keeping on topic... Kudos to me for helping that guy with the Series III Camaro @ Blowering when he was having trouble starting it. Even though I didn't fix the problem, a sea of "maybe it's the..." led him down the right path in the end.

Good kharma has to go to the motorcycle cop this morning, who decided that the P plater near me was driving like a ****head.
30+km/h over his limit
Tailgating (and other instances of road rage)
Fog lights on in fine weather
Unsafe lane changes
Failing to indicate on lane changes
Failing to stay within the lane markings
All this within about 5km, with the cop following him.
Wonder if he'll keep his license...
But of course it won't be his fault.

I'd like to put out some public good vibes to some people after a somewhat tense night:
I'd like to thank the club members that cared enough to voice an opinion about the goings on in the sport and the club. That includes those that are geographically inconvenienced, as well as those that attended tonights club meeting. Despite the tension, it's good to see people still care enough to show up and/or say their piece.
And I'd like to thank the BMSC Committee. Despite my personal dislike for some decisions, they felt that action needed to be taken, and had the conviction to stand by their actions.
Aside from what does or doesn't come out of tonight's events, at least its been made clear that there is still passion for motorsport within the club.
I knew there'd be a positive in there somewhere.

Oh, and:
I'd like to thank Matt Searle and Kirrilee for their help. With getting the new shed in some semblance of order, with the new Excel, and for the laughs.
