don't laugh, I have a camira!

Hi,
Sven here, I'm in Hervey Bay and new to rallying, I recently came into ownership of an old Rod Browning JB Camira. I'm currently getting it ready for the local motorkhana and eventually maybe some larger events. But for the moment I'm enjoying the mechanical side of things.
Anyway that's me for the moment,
Cheers.

You're in good company...the BMSC has seen it's share of Camira's over the years.

At least your car is running.
The Camira is very underrated IMHO.
10 years ago, my mates JE wagon was almost as fast as my similar age Subaru turbo wagon (couple hundred kilos lighter did help...)

The car's been sold through these forums a few times and has had quite a few owners since Rod, and as Matt said, they are a deceptively good thing. I owned it for a while, as did one of my service crew. It's a Motorkhana and Khanacross weapon - not spectacular, but definitely fast .
