My name is Joel Payne, I have been driving a vr4 rallycar up northern NSW since 2004.. Before that I was a Datsun man doing hillclimbs. I have done club rallies and rallysprints, two state round ARCs and even took the vr4 to Targa Tas this year! Anyway just bought a Evo7 rs and am about to build it for next years Targa, then gravel after that. Great site.
