Hi All my name is Ron and I am the Event Secretary for the South West Touring Car Club in Bunbury W.A. We conduct 6 Autocross events a year running on a purpose built gravel track 1.1 km long running 2 cars at a time 1 starting on the short track and the other on the long track with a cross over piont and a flying finish. We had 62 drivers at the last event and it looks like we will hit 70 this meeting comming. Like most grass roots events we have a large array of cars old Laser's to superchaged Corolla's. The quickest cars are the RWD cars like the early model Galant, my old ke25 is a bit off the pace at this time running a stock 2tgeu but once I find the bell housing I am chasing I will be back on the pace.We also run several Motorkhana's on gravel but hope to have access to a sealed area next year for even more fun.The Corolla that I am racing is the late Clive Slater's car that he raced from about 76 onwards still had the same motor up untill the last event in 2009 when it drop a valve distroying every thing apart from the crank. You could run an autocross at the Kowen jump site.

Enough area to separate cars from service and spectators. You may need to move some of the fences to create different loops, and perhaps create some trails to get to other bits of road, but it could work.
