Comprehensive underbody protection: Sump guard, transmission guard, fuel tank guards, rear diff guard and fibre/kevlar underbody protection (new)

12 x STi WORK wheels with some good used Pirelli tyres

PBMS Fibreglass light pods with genuine Hella Predator HID Lights

Spares include a full set of KYB Rally struts, front and rear driveshafts, 4 x Front Arms, a full set of rear arms, tie rods / tie rod ends, sway bar links, assorted 2nd hand rotors and calipers (good condition)

This is a meticulously-prepared car that would be outright competitive in any state-level rally, and top 5 ARC capable. The car is very strong and reliable; we've had one mechanical DNF in 2.5 years (15 events).

The car is currently in PRC trim with 34mm restrictor but it would be an easy change to return to Group N for International events like 2011 Rally Australia.

$46,000 Negotiable

The car is in Brisbane.

Hey Matt,

Good luck with the sale.

Question regarding the brakes on your car - Is the car running the later bigger hubs (5x114.3 PCD)?? If so how did you get DBA disks for this model. I have tried DBA but can't get them to understand STi with small brakes but big stud pattern.

Thanks

Gav

No, it's still the earlier hubs, PCD 5 x 100.

The hubs changed for MY05.

I wish you luck with finding rotors.

There are lots MY05+newer cars out there

Because all WRX's have the smaller 5x100 PCD, while the '05 onwards STi's are fitted with 5x114.3 PCD hubs. Which nobody makes an AM brake rotor for when you fit gravel brakes to the cars (rather than OE Brembo's)... the PWRC AP kit is little $$$$ for my needs...

Surely you know this with the selection of cars you have Michael

Because we wanted to keep it within cooee of Group N.

If you change the rotors you might as well change the hubs; if you change the hubs you might as well change the arms; if you change the arms you might as well change the gearbox; if you change the gearbox you might as well make it a 05-later car, which by my reading of the CAMS manual even under PRC would entail changing the dash / centre console, and likely the wiring harness, among other things.

In Queensland we need to make sure, to the best of our ability, that our cars are absolutely legal, to the letter and the spirit of the CAMS Manual / Group N homologation.

I don't know if you're talking rally cars or road cars. There are not too many MY05+ later Subaru rally cars around, for sale at least.

Surely what I do know is the car leading the 2010 Victorian Rally Championship has the rotors you want. They exist, and are off the shelf.

You mean the car that had brake troubles at the last round of the VRC...

Sorry, I'm not meaning to have a go. I just went looking to find out who you were talking about and found that; and I thought it was amusing.

I'm not hijacking this thread any more, so I just put some of Naths in car @ the idle talk, video.
I will find a number of the rotors later in the week for you.

More importantly, who wants to buy Matts car? Good car, state winner, good history.
