If your after jetting specs most people will tell you to head to the dyno.
L20B in 200b tells me not much.
Is this a standard L20B same as what came out factory? or has some work been done to the motor? is it running standard cam or some other cam. has the head been ported or is it a head off a different motor? whats the static compression ratio?
another thing did you put one webber or did you put a pair?
All these things will affect what jets you use

Ok now thats the easy part. you will want to find someone who is running the same setup or very similar to you and find out what jets and chokes they are using
When it comes to jet i have no idea my method is put some carbs on the car drive it if its no good try a different carb still something works. or find an O2 sensor
But then i would same most carbs don't work for me
Best of luck
