engineering??

Hi all.
this is my first post so here goes.

i am finding it hard since moving here (From Darwin) to find
a metal fab place that also do engineering Certificates.
i need stuff like roll cage, floor pan mods (for twin 3 inch exhaust system), rear end tubs, body bracing, engine bay mods etc.

My car may not be a rally car (though i have dabbled before) but i was hoping to get some help on here.
after this car is finished, i have a Rocky that i want to turn into a Mud racer/ offroad racer.

so does anyone know any good Fab shops and/or engineering places.
ps, i want it registered, and since im in cooma, it has to be NSW.
cheers

You may need to go to Sydney for this sort of mods, not sure of anyone off hand in Canberra that can do all this work and give you a NSW engineering Certificate. Hammond Limousine builders in Pambula maybe able to do it otherwise try Bond Motorsport in Sydney.

Why do you have to use the one place to do both the work and the paperwork?

I just got the bash car engineered by MarLoc in Queanbeyan, and was quite happy with the experience (despite the fact that he'd rubbed me up the wrong way on the phone previously).

I have had hard times with dealing with two seperate shops before.
the first guy does the work and says its fine, the second guy says he wont pass it, do it again, they both argue and my ride gets stuck in the middle, doing nothing.
one shop cuts out that risk, unless he argues with himself!?!?!

or even an engineer in say Queenbeyan, that can recommend a body builder he trusts and go from there?
