Not so much a sponsor plug as an ad? Maybe move to buy-and-sell? But good luck with that.

Looks pretty funky.
I'd want a bigger screen (20" maybe) just to make the nav feel like he's piloting the Enterprise ('E' model in particular muwhay).

I was going to let Monit Rally Computers rest in peace, but they keep resurrecting themselves. So:

Yes, I was interested. I was particularly interested in how large the numbers are on the screen. As far as I am concerned this is the #1 issue. The bigger the numbers (and hence the easier to read them) the better.
I contacted Monit via its website, and asked how big the numbers were. I got a vague, non-specific response. I asked again how big the numbers were. Again, the response did not answer my question.
How hard is it to turn on a tripmeter, place a ruler on the screen, and read off in millimetres the height of the numbers?
This led me to wonder whether:
(a) the person I was dealing with didn't have access to a Monit, or
(b) didn't know how to turn it on, or
(c) didn't have a ruler.
I gave up. But obviously Monit hasn't. It's still promoting itself in Sponsors Plugs, rather than Buy and Sell.

I don't like to seem cynical, but did Ford actually pay money for their Monits or were they given them as a promotional opportunity? After all, this is the team that can't afford mufflers!

Are you familiar with the term "obfuscation"? "Works" has a very clear meaning in the rally community, and has been in use for over 40 years. Yet your 40 dictionary options don't include it.
Monit Rally Computers may well be the best you can get. When I get an owner-user coming on this website and endorsing them, I'll start to believe it. But, after my experience in trying to get simple, straightforward information, forgive me if I'm not impressed by agents' hype.
I mentioned above that I was "interested" (i.e in a new tripmeter). My general interest in getting a new tripmeter has now been transformed into urgent need. I plan to order one tomorrow.
I'll go for Brantz. From Demon Tweeks.

Russell
Monit should have referred Bob's inquiry on to you, the local agent(?) for follow-up.
I'd be having a chat to them about how they support you with local inquiries.
(Based on my own everyday work experience as part of a company with a few international agencies.)

The numbers are very easy to read and the clarity and viewability of the screen is one of the Monits strong points over the other brands.
feel free to email info@monitrally.com with any questions.
